  • 4 4 oz melted butter
  • 6 oz of softened cream cheese
  • 5 oz Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine (optional)
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
  • Place chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer beef pieces.
