  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

  • ½ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ lemon, juice only
  • 1 pinch of sugar
